    HI,

o I did UD reverse, now the material in qty stock.. now at the time of reverse the GRN.. system showing the error msg " PU Withdrawn qty exceeded by 3.045 TO : 1006040020 RSK O" please help on this regards. what to do..

Check GRN posting date and cancellation date

    also check UD reversal date

As per my knolwwge for UD reversal we have to apply SAP note and UD will reversely as on date not on GRN posting date.

    Example

you post GRN on 6.12.2012 and accept QTY

and Reverse UD as on 7.12.2012

so you can not cancel GRN on 6.12.2012 you have to cancel it on 7.12.2012

this is what i have understood from my end for UD reversal
