error in valid_to date at VIN relationship level

Hi,

  Owner BP's and Driver BP's are stored at VIN relation level(comm_il_prdbp table). The "active" owner BP and driver BP usually have validity end date as '31.12.9999'. But some of the BP has validity end date as '30.12.9999'. How and where these validity end dates are stored and how it can be changed from 30.11.9999 to 31.12.9999.Can someone help on this?

it refers to SAP CRM....

Owner and Driver will be maintained for every vehicle(VIN). There may be more than one owner for single vehicle(VIN) i.e., one active owner  which will have the valid_end_date as '31.12.9999' and the other owner has the Histex value as 'X' which denotes inactive owner.  The problem in my case is, some active owners has valid_end_date as '30.12.9999' instead of 31.12.9999
