iPad Connection Issue

I was given a link by my company that automatically set the connection information in SAP BusinessObjects Mobile app.

When I put in two sets of user name/password combinations, I am greeted with an error stating that "SAP BusinessObjects Mobile application Object is not present."

Could someone please point me to the correct direction?

I have created a "Mobile" folder category under personal categories and saved off the webi report here (it is saved off in other directories as well).

Did I need to save off in a special way beyond this?
