Hello All,

I am trying to display the abstract of the document in the KM nav iview.

For this I have created a resource renderer, a collection renderer, a layout set(assigned both resource renderer and collection renderer to this layout set), assigned the layout set to the iview.

In the visible properties of the resource renderer, i am using rnd:description and rnd:documentabstract.

When I am adding a document in a repository wih a description, both this properties displays the same description, if I am uploading a document in the repository without any description then rnd:description does not return anything and rnd:documentabstract creates a randomly generated text(kind of high lights of the docuemnts).

Can I control this behaviour, I mean can I display the first few lines of the document in the form of a document abstract?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
