Load balancing issues

Dear BASIS Experts,

We have ECC6.0 server with 4 application servers( 1-CI, 2-DI, 3- Dia Instance, 4- Dia Instance )  but always only few instances consuming more no users compare to others.Please find the attached image and give me some ideas how to resolve.

Dear Anvardheen,

Regarding this issue i would firstly suggest you to review the following SAP Notes:

   51789 - Poor user distribution in logon distribution

1168191 - Load distribution on the precalculation server

  593058 - New RFC load balancing procedure

1622030 - SMLG: Logon load balancing for external RFCs does not work

1112104 - Weighted round robin procedure

As of Release 6.x, you can use a new load balancing procedure for RFC logons. In transaction SMLG, you must select the "Ext. RFC-enabled" field for the maintenance of the group attributes for this. If this field is selected, the RFC client performs load balancing. This process is based on data that the RFC client retrieves from the message server.

Thanks for ur valuable solution..

Here I ve one more doubt, In our Server " External RFC Enabled " is not selected. For example If am going to enable this option any downtime is required or Anyother has to be followed?

No this should not be requiring a downtime. Did you found such a documentation somewhere?
