Report Shipping

Hello Experts,

In Report Shipping Process, when I trigger shipping of MSDS Report it is not printed completely. Only part of the information is displayed. Even I am not able to get Spool Logs to check the print status.

When I again tried to ship(Manual Shipping) reports are printed successfully. Could anyone suggest me where it has gone wrong first time when I try to print the reports.
