Hi Experts

Guys i need to synchronize data from PRD (Master data and Configuration) to DEV and QAS, the sapnote_0001038888 can help me??

Although your situation is not certain to me, in our case we simply created a local transport (target = blank) in production BCS workbench via Tools View (must be activated via Edit > Settings > Workbench > Main Navigation > Views) > Cons Area-dependent Settings > Transport, select the master data and hierarchies desired and execute to create the transport.

This transport may then be imported into the DEV and QAS systems so they have the same master data and corresponding hierarchies as production.

We have tested this approach successfully.

No, the data may not be copied via this method, only the configuration and master data.

However, it may be possible for the BCS totals transactional infocube to be transported, including the data. I have not done this before so would suggest expert BASIS assistance for trying this. If possible it would be further complicated by the other BCS data streams and therefore I suggest including all of these in such a transport - again if it is possible.
