Nothing displayed when testing the application

Hi All,

I have created one form guibb using component FPM_FORM_UIBB_GL2.

I have configured two fields in that form named field1 and field2 and saved.

But when i tested the application it displays me only application title. Everything else comes as blank.

What could be the reason?
