Basic Question No -2 about DTR

Lats Say DTR Client1 cretes Workspace folder like this

WSFolder1

- WSFolder2

- Workspace ||

-Folder in Workspace

- You will Store your project here.

Question here is can we store files in WSFOlder2,why at all WSFOlder1 and WSFOlder2 is required , directly con't we crete Workspace. what way this folder structure is helpfull?
