Building dropdown in Script using custom values

Now if i have custom text values for drop down. i want to populate that in my script how do i code that

Latin America LA

North America NA

Europe EU

Dropdown.setItems()

can i do this?

    Anyway

    So do you want the drop down values to be "not" from Data Source?

    If you want from Data Source Attribute,

    DROPDOWN_1.setItems(DS_1.getMemberList(

    "<Your Attribute>", MemberPresentation.INTERNAL_KEY, MemberDisplay.TEXT_KEY, 100));

    Or you want to add static values to dropdown item through code?

      I wanted to use only one drop down to be loaded for Manufacturerr or Subcategory based on my selection,, i could load by default ,,but then i want it to be loaded with other dimension and if i do that with the help of backend database dimension it loades all memebers ,, and i need to laod only few of my OWN choice ,,and setItems ( dimension has no flexibility to pick based on some filter)
