We would like to keep track of the mails broadcasted to BW users. I am aware of tcode:SOST where you track the status of all broadcasted e-mails and resend them if needed, but this doesn't work for our case. The problem in our case is that we are not using e-mails addresses (internet mails) , but we are using only sap user IDs instead and the mails are getting delivered to their Business Workplace (tcode SBWP,SO01).
So, on broadcasting, the mail is getting delivered to the sap inbox of each user, but no other copy is saved somewhere else.
I checked the outbox of the user maintained the broadcasting settings , but there is nothing there.
So, do you know any way that we can keep a history of all mails broadcasted to user's business workplace.
(adding a separate recipient in broadcasting setting is not an option as we are using bursting-mails settings)
