Trigger Process Chains

Hello All:

Does anybody know how to trigger a process chain via a program?

Please let me know your experience on this.

Hi Helena,

Thats the simplest and easiest method as Aneesh posted.

You can create the event in SM62. In the scheduling option of the process chain select the option as "After Event" and give the name of the event you created.

So when you execute the program the event would get raised and it turn the process chain would get trigerred.

Have a process chain start on an event and trigger the event from a program using function module BP_EVENT_RAISE.
