Dynamic Images in Mobile BI

I have a webi employee profile report showing employee list.

And i have used element linking to show the employee image and performance based on employee selected from the list.

It works perfectly fine in webi , but the image does not show in Iphone nor Ipad SAP BI application.

We are using SAP BI 4.0 SP 04

Any suggestion to get this working?

I wish to get the below table format in sap mobile BI

I am able to achieve this in BO report using //boimg, but the images are not getting displayed in mobile bi report, Instead the synatx //boimg which i have used in flag column displays. I have set the property of column to read as 'Img URL'.

Can anyone pls suggest ?

I used boimg://imagename.gif  format . The report shows image in BI Launchpad but on an iPad the text is shown.

Hi Thangaraj,

have you checked this section from the doc below p.62 :

Embedded images are only supported in the following report parts in Web Intelligence reports:

• Blank cells

• Table cells

• When designing a Web Intelligence report, the embedded image for a blank cell or table cell can

only be uploaded from a file location. Images from a Web URL are not supported by the app.

Any suggestion how to get the images on a iPad. Do I need to configure some files in Mobile Server ?
