Data loss after offsetting process

Good afternoon all,

Currently we are facing a problem in our BPC. We are using BPC for SAP NW, and the version is BPC 7.5.

We have a problem with the journal adjustment data.

In the consolidation process,we have a step to do offsetting. And unfortunately, the user did a mistake by not added Period value when do the offsetting.

After that, some journal or data that already posted are gone.

If we see the journal separately,it still there. But we can't find in the consolidation report.

Anyone have some problem with us?

Please kindly need your help in advance.

Thank you,

Beta Yunaswati

    Hi Beta,

I'm not sure I've understand your problem, but if the issue is only on the fact tables, you can unpost the wrong journal rows, so they will be deleted from the fact tables, correct these rows and post these again rexecuting the consolidation.

    Kind regards

    Roberto
