Data not getting populated from PSA to Infocube??

Hi.

I have Installed Standard Infocube , InfoObject, Transformation,Infosource and Datasource. (BW 7.0) . I have connected source system by RFC connection to r/3 to bw and also  bw to r/3 .  I have checked connection by remote login.  I have also replicated Datasource and activated it. And created Infopackage. I saw data being populated from data source by preview. When i right click infocube to see display data, null data is populated.

Help me solving this issue..

Thanks for your valuable replies.. I did DTP, activated it and executed. then also data is not getting populated in cube..

check if there are datas recieved to the PSA. if there are none it will not be inserted to the cube, if there is data in PSA, check with DTP details  if there are filters in DTP. you can try Full DTP first and check if data is inserted to the cube.

Hi,

Check if you see any request in Cube first, number of records added and transfered. If u see some records, ur screen which is displaying output need to select fields for output to come.

Check option when u see data for fields for output.

plz check the data is available at RSA3 for your data source as well as PSA also. if your doing LO related  data source..

required basic steps to delete and filling setup tables,then run info pack and dtp..

plz let me know which data sources data your pulling from ERP.

Infocube 0pur_co1. I have created zinfocube for that i kept extraction mode 'FULL' then the data is populated. But in standard case Extraction mode is 'DELTA' .How to change it. I guess because of that only data is not getting populatd. Reply

are you doing standard LO extractions to populate data to 0pur_c01? if so you might not have scheduled the job in LBWE in R/3 to populate the delta queue.

Hi Poorani,

for Delta loads in LO, we need to schedule V3 jobs which picks delta data into RSA7. V3 have 3 methods in bi 7.0, default one is Queued delta, by queued delta, delta records will reach RSA7, Then u can trigger delta info pak, then Delta DTP.

extraction Delta is default at DTP. i think if required we can change..

Check how you want to load data, if you want to load full then create new InfoPackge with full load to get complete data.

Try to follow the standards for LO data source extraction procedure. After customization in LBWE you need to fill setup tables called statistical setup run T-Code: oli*bw in ECC Find * for purchase. For SD its 7 (OLI7BW). You need to do initalization delta for alteast last 2 0r 3 months of data. then delta queue will get generated then your deltas will get loaded.

in BI 7.0, Loading into PSA is mandatory...

by running info pakage we load data into PSA,

By running DTP we load data from PSA to Target.

Plz check these steps.

Hi poorani,

In BI 7.0, infopackages are used to schedule data from source system to PSA only. In order to get the data in infocube apply transformation and DTP in between your infocube and data source.

I believe you are using BW 7.0 flow, then InfoPackage will bring data to PSA level only.

From PSA to Cube , you need to create DTP and run it.

Right Click on your DataSource --->Manage--->See PSA Data... If data is fine there, create Data Transfer Process ( if not already created) and Activate it and execute it. Once DTP is finished, data will move to Cube.
