Service Entry Sheet report?

Hi,

Looking for a report on SES, have tried ML84 but don't seem to be able to list by SES number not under PO's...so chasing a report I can do that on or how to adjust the layout settings on ML84.

Need to be able to report on total number of SES created in a period as well as line items.
