EPM 10 format issue

I have blank column between 2 summary columns in the report.

I have formatted the yearly summation totals with bordering, the issue is it is diappearing when we refresh the report.

In the sheet option I have disabled the ' Apply dynamic formatting' and 'Clear report format before dynamic formatting'.

'EPM Report Editor' has been ticked on with 'Inherit Sheet Options'.

Can some one say why the formats is disappearing?
