Workflows : Regarding WF to Lotus Notes Mail.

Hi

When i send mail from workflow to Lotus notes, the connection with lotus notes are all perfect. but when we send from workflow, SAPConnect puts in a queue, sometimes the warning message is "Wait for communiction services".

In some case, it says, mail sent to the particular mail id, but it does not reach the mail box.

Why does it happen so?

Is there any way of solving this problem?
