Workflow (determining the recipients of the IDOCs)

Hi,

Would like to know the recipients name/users who have received the 3 IDOCS via email?

I got the 3 IDOCs but don't know where to start. I already check the tcode PPCOM/SW01 but can't find the recipients of the mail.

Workflow is new to me. Would appreciate your input on this. Thanks in advance for your help.
