ABAP+JAVA ---JAVA instance not running

Hi experts,

After change the Password of SAPSR3 and SAPSR3DB via brtools java instace not running.

i changed the password in configtool also.

tell me the location of java instance log.

and suggest me how can i start it.

ECC 6.0 SR3 ABAP+JAVA on ORacle 10g in RHEL 5
