Hyperlink Issue in CRE 4.0

Hi,

We are trying to implement an hyperlink from a Crystal Report Enterprise document (SAP BI 4.0 SP4, crystal Report Enterprise 4.0) A to another one (B). To begin with the development we are simply defining a fixed URL on the WebSite property (e.g: http://www.google.com) of a report element before to proceed with a more complicate URL syntax (opendoc and so on...). From the CRE client link works well clicking CTRL+click. But once we view the CRE doc from BI Launch Pad the link fails, showing following message

"This content cannot be displayed in a frame".

Any clue about what the CRE viewer does not support the link to a fixed URL (like www.google.com)?
