Hi All,

In our system till 31^st may 2012 from system live date I have found around 5,53,881 bdocs.

For Bdoc deletion activity if we run the program for the same then all these BDocs will delete from our system.

what is functional impact for removing those sucessful BDocs from SMW01 our system.

Hi Kanth,

          deletion of any BDOCS may cause data deletion, or may effect the business,

it is not recommended to delete the BDOCs

Hi Rohan,

Thanks for your reply.But here we are not deleted error bdocs.We want delete  all sucessful bdoc messages in CRM.If we delete sucussful bdoc messages what would be impact?

Hi Kanth,

  yes even if there is a lot of BDOCS in the system,

because it may effect the consistency of the system, or may be there is a chance of data loss,

which is not recommended, though there is a procedure to delete .

Hello Kamal

You can schedule the report SMO6_REORG to delete the old bdocs.

generally we schedule to delete the data beyond 7 days.
