Integrating Bw Reports to Portal

Hello Experts,
I need to integrate BW repots on portal a a iview and then assign it to a Role.
Please can u give me the steps of creating the iview.

1)Create a iview
2)From template i select "BEx Web Application iView (SAP BW 3.x Format)"

3) It asks me the following things:

I have the link of Bw report also few inputs please guide how to fill in this.

Template_id: Z_0PAOS_C01_Q001

Query name: 0PAOS_C01_Q001

Infocube name: 0PAOS_C01
