Process chain no data erroe with red request

Hello Everyone,

We have a view that we created to bring in data into BW and it is on full with a code written to bring the data as delta,but for now we have 0 records but when the process chain is running it is always gives error there is no data and it will give red request instead of bringing in the 0 record and with no error and with green request. And we have tried loading manually and it is still giving red request with the same error .Anybody had this kind of error before ? is there something i can switch on to turn stop this from giving the error? is it a normal error? By the way this is only on the infopackage level.
