Problem in Bex

Hi All,

One of my colleague has a strange problem. She has started working for a new project. She is able to work on the backend but is not able to open any query in Bex. She has tried to open thro 'RRMX' but no success there either.

The details of the error she gets is as follows:

The Basis has not been able to help her much.

Has anybody faced such a situation.

I suggested a note 824722 but that did not give much info.

PS: Posted it in this forum rather than the BI Suite - Bex forum as it looks more like a settings issue.
