BI SDK - can I connect to XI3 using BI4 SDK?

Hi all,

In order to compare reports across BI systems, I need to develop a web application which connects to different systems in the landscape.

One system will be pre-migration (e.g. XI3) while the other will be after-migration (e.g. BI4).

I am planning to develop my web app using BI4 SDK.

My question is: can I connect and interact with an XI3 system using BI4 sdk libraries?
