    Hi

Correspondence in LSO is used to set up the correspondence that you will use during your day day to activities like Prebooking , booking ,cancelaltion etc .

You set up correspondence using switch HRLSO CRPSP in system table T77S0.

If you enter X then you use the correspondence functionalities from LSO (Request and Role based), If it is kept blank you use the correspondence function (SAPscript-based correspondence) from Training and event managment .

If you plan to use LSO correspondence functionalities , then you need to complete foll steps

    Import and Activate Application Forms

    Correspondence Generation

    Correspondence Worklist and History

    Correspondence Layout

    Correspondence Output

    Technical Settings

    Please award points if useful

    Thanks

    Lakshmi
