MY REQUIREMENT: Once when the employee has used all his absence quotas, and still takes a leave..
A days salary must be taken off/deducted from his gross salary (for 1 day's leave, one days salary.. for 2 days
leave 2 days salary ... n so on).. The formula for deduction is
{(Gross + HRA + VDA + CONVEYANCE + OTHER ALLOWANCES + SPECIAL ALLOWANCES) / No of days in a month } * No of absent days
Because am new to SAP and therefore request a help in configuring this..
It would b a great if u all turn up to this and help me achieving the requirement.. 😊
