how to open a period?

Hi All,

when i use MB1B to transfer a material,the the system show this

Posting only possible in periods 2011/11 and 2011/10 in company code
1000

Message no. M7053

Diagnosis

The posting date entered is not within one of the permitted posting periods
(current period/previous period).

how to open periods in this year??

Any idea will be appreciate
