Selling services with UoM hours and UoM days

Hi ByD experts, I wouls like some advice on how to help one of my customers configure ByD.

They sell professional services (consultancy) both by the hour and by the day.

in their world 8hrs =1 working day.

I cannot see a way in ByD of having one service (consultancy) and price it both by the hour and by the day. Esp since ByD insists on converting hours to a fraction of a 24hr day!!!

Also their day rate for selling days to clients does not equal the hourly rate the sell at. Buying a full day is cheaper than buying 8hrs for example.

The only real solution I can see is to have on product based on hours and one product based on days...

Any other suggestions?
