Planned date is missing

Hi All,

I have strategy plan of weekly cycle.It was runing ok .Once Two times planned date is skippped.The next planned date has come after 2 weeks instead of 1 week.What could be the reason? Screen shot is attached herewith. Call no 102(planned date on 26.10.2012) & call no 103(Planned date on 02.11.2012) is skipped . Afterwards,for call no 104 ,planned date has come on 18.11.2012. Actualy it should be on 09.11.2012 since the cycle is 1 week.So, call whose planned date should be on 09.11.2012 is missing .Please suggest .Thanks in advance.
