Hi SAP Experts,
I have one requirement where if employee join let say on 01.04.2012 and annual quota is generating on monthly basis (2 days/month) at the end of month. Now my client has a req where is employees goes on Leave without Pay absence from 15th June till 15th Aug.
The employee should get quota like the way
April : 2 days
May : 2 days
June : 2 days
July : No Quota as employee absent full pay period
Aug : 2 days (as employee not absent for full peiod).
During LoA(Leave with pay action) we are executing action Leave without pay and changing the Customer specific status to 1 (STAT1= 1 not in head count) but keep STAT2 as active.
Please suggest if we can handle this via PCR.
