IWDRFIDReader Interface

I have written a test webdynpro application that uses the IWDRFIDReader UI control. I have a Symbol RFID handheld scanner (Pocket PC) and it doesn't seem to work.

The documentation says "Web Dynpro RFIDReader API. RFIDReader is an invisible UIElement that enables a RFID Reader to be used within Pocket PC Internet Explorer. As prerequisite the ActiveX control provided by SAP AG must be installed on the local device."

My question is: Where do I get the ActiveX control? And, How do I install it?

As you may be able to tell, I'm rather new at this (My manager handed me the scanner yesterday and told me to figure out how to get data from it), so any help would be great.
