Hi,
Last month we faced with a problem about document date of delivery. We will close the period tommorow night and we will have shippings tomorrow but we have to write the date of 30.11.2012 instead of 01.12.2012 because shippings are making for november.
I want to save the document date after saving post goods issue. But the systme brings the date of when I saved the pgi.
How can I save the document date of delivery?
Regards,
Hande
Hi,
I don't leave the field blank but I solved my problem. When I write planned date same as document date and then make pgi document date do not change document date.

Hi ,
Like Moazzam mentioned, you can change the PGI date manually before PGI is done. If you leave the field BLANK, then system defaults the current date as PGI date. You can change while doing reverse PGI also.

Hi
Which field you are talking about? Is it Document date LIKP-BLDAT or Created On LIKP-ERDAT.
If it is Document date then you can change it in VL01N and do the PGI. System will save the date you have selected. If you are talking about created on date then this date is not changeable. System saves this date in background and you can't change this field in standard.
Now check which date you want to change.

Hi
Yes this field is changeable. What you need to do is to change the date before doing PGI. You can create delivery order in VL01N with delivery date 29.11.2012 and save it. Go to VL02N and do the PGI. System will save 29.11.2012 in LIKP-BLDAT.
Or you can directly change BLDAT in VL01N and do the PGI. System will save date you entered in table. Now whats the issue with it? Isn't your system behaving same?
