WBS Settlement

Dear Gurus,

Our client having the PS & FM modules along with CO and they internal projects with no sales objective,

there getting projects from another entity with respect to customer request .

my question is after completteting the project (@WBS level)where can i settle even we dont have COPA also.

Please help me in this scenario..
