AL_Designer DLL has stopped working message

Former Member

I am trying to import tables form oracle to a newly created datastore, when i used my username as table owner, it threw error invalid object or table doesn't exist.

when i changed the owner name to P500 then it imported the table into my datastore.

But when i try to view the data i get AL_DESIGNER stopped working.

What is teh procedure to import and view data of an oracle table which belongs to owner P500.

With the credentials I have the connection is success, but to import table of diff owner how can i handle this issue within DS.

Thanks a lot for the helpful info.

Guy,

I have the same exact issue. Can you please let me know where and how you set up owner name with syntax? Owner of my table is XTRA.

Thank you so much and appreciate your help.

Raj

It got fixed, when i created new Datastore, under connection name used the owner name, now the issue is not happening.
