High Number of ABAP Short Dumps in Alert Inbox of Solution Manager

Hi experts,

We have a Solution Manager 7.00, and we can view some alerts into inbox, for example "Not Enough Dialog Resources", but the high number of short dumps is no appears into the alert inbox. In the Template maintenance, we use the "Technical Instance -> SAP ABAP 7.00 - 7.03" (default template) .

Please can anybody help me with this issue?
