Internal TSKH error, session terminated

Hi eweryone.

Whenever I try to view table contents via se11 or se16 I face with the next system message:

"Internal TSKH error, session terminated"

It doesn't depend on what table I want to view (it can be a system table).

If anyone of you has encountered this kind of error please help.
