Web Application Designer - hangs

I am trying to run the Web Application Designer from my desktop (i.e. Start->Programs->Business Explorer->Web Application Designer).

When I do this the application never starts. I look at the Windows Task Manager and initially is says the application is running but it soon changes to "Not Responding" and never comes back.

Others in my group have no problem running the application so I can only assume it has something to do with my PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
