not able to access VC url

After installing Visual composer on our EP6 Sp10 portal server and

applying the VC patch 5 and installing the client side SW i am still

not able to access the VC URL.

Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1

Gets following message.

The page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name

changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

Internet Information Services (IIS)

After extracting VC Analyzer and running it the results came back OK.

The "Enable parent path' is checked but we still can not see the URL

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
