making a Process chain depending on 2 other PCs

Hai all,

I have a Process chain PC1 that needs to be triggered once another two different PC2 and PC3 are done. I know that there are a couple of posts recently on this. but my question here is

"Is it possible to make a program that checks for both the status of both PC2 and PC3 and if they are successful only then the chain proceeds further and if not it sends a message to the personin charge that there is an error.

Is thi possible??

The chain would be something like this:

START>>PROGRAM>>(if successful)>> NEXT STAGES....
