Error RSBOLAP 018 Java System Error : an unknown error occured during portal communication

Dear Experts,

One of our User facing the error "RSBOLAP 018 Java system error" while opening the WAD Reports.

But when i checked from my user credentials i am not facing the issue where i am able to open and execute the WAD Reports.

i have went through some links and suggestions provided in SDN and check the transaction STRUSTSSO2 where i am able to find only one client 000.

Also i have chekced the system PSE and the Application Server which is alos in Green Status.

Could you please have any inputs regarding the issue.

"Please refer the following note and follow the recommendations and
check whether it helps you:
916090 - RFC-error messages in Web Application Designer 2004s

The note explains in detail regarding the reason for this error and the
solution to it.

Also, please refer the following note:
937697 - Usage of SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool

The Support Desk Tool shows red sometimes for the check just for
same reason.
Please make sure that all the RED signal if collected in supportdesk
file is corrected.
The prerequisite for using BI is a completely green Support Desk Tool
according to note '1177154 - Prerequisites for messages in the area BI
Java'."
