Installing local WAS

In order to write a guide on how to install developper PC, I am searching how to install the loacl WAS that SAP recommends to install.

In the sneak preview that's very easy as everything is bundled on one CD. But in the latest version I really cannot find my way in getting the right binaries.

My Central server is setup.
