logical deletion of workitem(process instance) in BPM

HI Experts ,

how can we delete of  workitem (process instance ) in BPM with out using SWWL tcode.

i have followed below link but i couldnot find in our production server of  PI (pi 7.0)

Hi Srini,

You can not find the step because you do not have Administrator access. Please ask Basis team to do this. Please check the below SAP Note.
