Billing before PGI

I have a requirement in our business process to do allow billing before pgi and then PGI .To allow billing without PGI i have customized in copy control requirement field. after that i can able to do invoice and then PGI, and even is PGI also happening in delivery before billing also. i want to disable PGI in delivery stage before invoice.Need your valuable inputs.Its possible in standard system or user exit?

May be , you can use Order Related Billing if it is okie for your business process.

Hi Nagarajan,

As per your question I understood that you want to disable the PGI button in the delivery before invoice.

I think there is no standard configuration for this requirement. With the help of copy  controls you can only create invoice before PGI. If you want to disable the PGI button before invoice You have to take the help of abaper. You have give the logic as per your requirement with help of tables VBRK and VBFA.

In copy control VTFL header level copying requirement field changed from 03 to 011

Copying requirements   011  Head Dlv-Rel w/o GI
