Paging Toolbar not visible

Hello experts

After SPS9 upgrade the paging toolbar is not visible in our table that is being displayed via view container in our view .

The toolbar highlighted in the above picture is not visible after upgrade.

Kindly share the solution if anybody has faced this issue.
