After how many days we receive certificate, after passing certification?

Dear SCN,

I had passed my certification SD T SCM 62-64 on Sept'28 2012, on the day of exam proctor said certificate will reach in 4 to 6 weeks. As on today 2 months had passed, but no information about the certificate. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to contact SAP.  Recently heard that from where I had completed my course is going to close the branch and its operations in my city. So they are not responding, even employees left the organization.

Please help me.

I would suggest contacting the same office/contact that you registered with. There's also some general contact information on the official SAP Training and Certification channel: https://training.sap.com
