No data transfered

I am trying to extract data from SAP ECC to a DSO (BW7.0). The datasource was tested in ECC and it returns 3 records. But when executing the Data Transfer Process it returns 0 records. Extraction Mode is Full. Delta Process is Full Upload. No error message. Just no data. Can anyone give me a clue? Many thanks!

Whats the count of records in PSA, if its in PSA, then we can dig the rest within BW system.

If it doesn't reach PSA, then check source system or for any IDOC stuck or tRFC errors in communication between systems
