HCM - Personnel Area


Hi All,

what are the components we need to check from HCM point of View , if a customer is creating New Compnay code for developing an interfcae.

And for HR they are planning to create 10 New Personnel areas and they don't want to change the PSA and EG ,ESG.

My job is assign these areas(PA) to new company code and make some changes at the grouping level.

Apart from these should i need to look into any other Reports , User exits & Form changes for OM ,PA,Time Management and Payroll.

NOTE: we don't have any in-house implemention for payroll and we running payroll activities through ADP.

And we are updating infotype - 0008(Basic Pay)

What are the inputs i need to get from customer for making changes.
