EREC-Posting overview smartform for unreg

Dear Experts,

in unreg job search , when the user clicks on the link of the posting smart form it is asking for the password though the service user has been maintained for the application HRRCF_A_POSTING_APPLY.

The smart form opens when the user inputs the userrid and password.

Any ideas where i can check this.

Hi Varun,

You would need to adjust/check service:

/default_host/sap/bc/erecruiting/posting_apply

(unregistered service user has to be assigned and logon procedure 'Mandatory with Logon Data' -> so the same settings than HRRCF_A_POSTING_APPLY)

Hi Nicole,

Thank you for your suggestion.

I have adjusted the service and still it asks for the username and password.Is there any other place where we need to define the settings.

Hi Varun,

Does the logon screen come for the data overview screen already or afterwards when clicking on button 'apply' there? Because in that case it would be all services regarding the application wizard.

Hi Nicole,

It comes only for the data overview screen only, and not in the application wizard or search application.

This happens when i click on the link of the posting pdf/smart  form which ahs the search results.

Could you please double-check which service is called:

- in the URL

- right-click -> 'more field help' in the page

Hi Nicole,

I am using this application for the search  HRRCF_A_UNREG_JOB_SEARCH  and when i click on the smartform this application HRRCF_A_POSTING_APPLY  is called. If i dont input the userid , i am getting the bsp application.  bsp/sap/hrrcf_wd_dovru/application.do

Not sure why BSP application is called in webdynpro.

Hi Varun,

Okay, so you are on EhP4. In that case you will also have to make sure that this service:

/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/hrrcf_wd_dovru

has also the unregistered service user assigned and logon procedure 'mandatory with logon data'.

we are on EHP5. i will make the changes as suggested. But still wondering why is it pointing to an bsp application

That is because this special service isn't transferred so far to an own WD application.

Hi Varun and Nicole,

I would like to ask your help regarding the error I am encountering that is somewhat related to this topic.

I already configured the log on data for services hrrcf_wd_dovru and HRRCF_A_POSTING_APPLY but I still get the display overview in BSP:

I also tried maintaining T77RCF_UI_PARAM and V77RCF_MDL_PRMC but still I get this error. Please help. Thank you very much!
